1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Make Song, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

AI Make Song provides online tools for AI music generation, lyrics tools, AI image generation/editing, AI video generation, vocal removal and audio processing, and related creative utilities. Features may change over time.

Conditions:

You may use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes on the free tier, and for commercial purposes only if you are on a paid plan, in each case subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and use of outputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe others' rights.
Some features require an account, credits, or a paid subscription.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Content

When using AI Make Song, you agree to:

Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
Not upload, generate, request, edit, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or bypass safety systems.

3.1 Prohibited content categories

Without limitation, you must not create, request, upload, process, or distribute:

Sexual / pornographic content — NSFW, pornography, sexually explicit media, or adult sexual content.
Violence & graphic harm — graphic gore, glorification of real-world violence, or terrorist propaganda.
Illegal content / facilitation — content that promotes or enables clearly illegal activity (fraud, trafficking, etc.).
Infringement — copyrighted lyrics, melodies, recordings, trademarks, or other IP you do not have rights to use; unauthorized use of another person's voice or likeness.
Deepfakes & deceptive synthetic media — face-swap, non-consensual intimate imagery, celebrity/real-person impersonation, or other synthetic media intended to deceive or harm.
Minors-related abuse — any sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content involving anyone 17 or under (real or fictional). Zero tolerance.

3.2 Reporting

Report violations at /report-content or email [email protected] with subject Content Report.

4. Intellectual Property, Uploads, and AI Outputs

4.1 Your uploads ("User Content")

You retain ownership of audio, images, text, and other materials you upload, to the extent you already own them.
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (for example: generate results, show history, enable download/share features you use, provide support, and enforce safety).
You represent that you have all rights needed to upload User Content and to grant this license.

4.2 AI-generated outputs ("Generated Content")

Subject to these Terms, payment status, and third-party model/provider restrictions, you own the Generated Content produced for your account from your lawful prompts and inputs, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We retain ownership of our software, models interfaces, site design, trademarks, and pre-existing materials.
You grant us a limited license to store and process Generated Content as needed to deliver the service (history, download, share links you enable, moderation, support, and legal compliance).

4.3 Commercial use

Paid (subscribed) users may use Generated Content for commercial purposes unless a specific feature states otherwise, provided your use does not violate law, these Terms, or third-party rights.
Free-tier users may use Generated Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of free-tier outputs is prohibited.
Commercial permission from us does not clear third-party rights in your prompts, uploads, or likenesses you do not own.

4.4 Model training

We do not use your User Content or Generated Content to train our own foundation models.
We may use aggregated, de-identified operational metrics (for example error rates or feature usage) to improve reliability and safety.
Third-party AI providers process prompts/inputs under their own terms to return a generation result. Unless we expressly state otherwise in-product, we do not opt your content into provider training programs where a commercial no-training option is available to us.

4.5 Human review

Automated systems may scan prompts and, where implemented, related signals for safety.
Human staff may review content when you contact support, when a report is filed, when required for abuse/fraud/billing investigation, when required by law, or when needed to operate safety systems.
We do not sell your private generations as a public gallery by default.

4.6 Storage period & deletion

You may request deletion of account data via [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons.

4.7 Public display

Your private history is not a public feed by default.
Content becomes publicly accessible only if you use a share/publish feature, or if we feature content with your permission.
We may refuse or remove shared content that violates these Terms.

4.8 Responsibility boundary

You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploads, and how you use outputs.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content, your prompts, or your use of Generated Content (including IP infringement and privacy/publicity claims), except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Services are provided "as is"; AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose.

5. Payments and Refunds

Free features may have limits (for example daily credits).
Paid subscriptions and credit packs are billed according to the plan you select and the payment method you use.
Refunds, cancellations, billing errors, and payment disputes are governed by our Refund Policy.
Unless the Refund Policy says otherwise, paid sales are final after eligibility windows expire.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Make Song is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

Damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on AI outputs
Loss or corruption of data due to technical issues
Third-party payment provider outages or delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Enforcement & Termination

We may refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Moderation Policy, or that create legal, safety, or payment risk. Severe violations (including minors exploitation) may result in immediate permanent ban without refund where permitted.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, payments already due, indemnity, limitation of liability) continue after termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
